Hello! I\'m Olivia, and I build AI and data systems that solve real business problems.I am currently pursuing my MS in Business Analytics at USC, specializing in data science. I apply Python, SQL, and machine learning to product driven challenges at the intersection of data, GenAI, and business strategy. I focus less on model complexity and more on building solutions that improve workflows, unlock insight, and drive measurable outcomes.As a Data and AI Extern at Outamation, I am developing an automated AI system that processes 200+ page unstructured mortgage documents, reducing manual processing time by 70 to 80 percent. I engineered modular Python pipelines that integrate OCR, document parsing, and Retrieval Augmented Generation to transform document blobs into structured, searchable data. I benchmark LLM performance, evaluate retrieval quality, and design interactive dashboards to ensure the system is scalable, usable, and aligned with business goals.Before graduate school, I founded and scaled my own ecommerce business, driving 1,384% year over year growth in shop visits and generating product views through data driven SEO and customer analysis. That experience shaped how I approach data today. I do not analyze data in isolation. I analyze it through the lens of revenue, user behavior, operations, and long term growth.I have also:• Analyzed public records in Python and Snowflake to identify high growth construction markets and inform expansion strategy• Built an AI powered reading tutor using speech recognition and real time feedback to improve accessibility for dyslexic learners• Advanced to semifinalist in the USC Global AI Case Competition by designing an end to end AI product strategy and recommendation engine• Conducted NLP analysis on 100+ songs using clustering and sentiment modeling to uncover linguistic patternsTechnically, I am strongest in Python and SQL for exploratory analysis, modeling, and visualization, and I am expanding into machine learning, data engineering, and production AI systems. My toolkit includes pandas, NumPy, scikit learn, Snowflake, Streamlit, Docker, and modern LLM frameworks.I am drawn to startups, consulting, and high growth tech environments where autonomy and experimentation are valued.
