ABOUT NICKI BUCKINGHAM

I help Leaders and Executives to focus on what matters to them most, by organising and coordinating logistics on a variety of administration tasks and events. I am very much a people person and maintaining good rapport and building strong cross-functional relationships comes naturally to me. Resilient, pro-active, and efficient, all whilst having fun along the way. Enjoy the variety that comes with working in events and projects, and seeing the end result come together. I\'ve spearheaded the coordination of a 650 person cocktail event, project managed a full office relocation, successfully executed an unforgettable 300 person Ball, annual client Golf days, and even a few Weddings! Confident negotiating with vendors, sourcing venues, catering and music.I am passionate about people and collaboration, enjoy hosting, and ensuring individuals feel appreciated in their everyday lives. I bring exceptional organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills, as well as being able to pick up new online systems, and databases quickly. I\'m always looking for ways to steamline processes to make work life flow that little bit easier.I have worked and lived in both Canada and the UK, as well as experiencing an amazing backpacking trip through Europe and South America for 11-months. I grew a lot during each of these experiences, both professionally and personally. I like to work in environments where I can enjoy my time spent there, whilst still growing and learning. Roles where I can be involved in various tasks, with people who work well together and take pride in their work. The ultimate goal is a good culture where people feel valued, and where teamwork helps to drive success!
