It contains many of the attacking and defending aspects of rugby, requiring players to make the same decisions.

With over ten years of experience in coaching and managing rugby programmes for various age groups and levels, I am a passionate and skilled community rugby champion who has contributed to the growth and development of the sport in Counties Manukau. I have a First Aid Level Two certification and a Sport, Health & Fitness qualification, which enable me to ensure the safety and well-being of the players and coaches under my supervision.As a community rugby champion at Counties Manukau Rugby Football Union, I was responsible for developing and implementing communication, competition, and talent identification strategies, as well as running training sessions, clinics, and tournaments. I also applied my project management and social media skills to enhance the player and coach experience, increase participation numbers, and promote the union\'s brand and values. I am proud of the positive impact I have made on the rugby community and the outcomes I have achieved with the help of my team and partners.
