About Nichole Marie Kramer
Ms. Kramer has over 17 years of experience in regulatory distribution and compliance, with a focus on the ETF industry. Before taking on the Vice President role for SS & C ALPS, ETF Distribution and Operation Services, she held several roles at SS & C ALPS, being promoted along the way since 2011 due to her demonstrated ability to create and implement business solutions, operational procedures and written policies. Prior to SS & C ALPS, Nichole was instrumental in establishing operations and compliance policies & procedures for Mainline West LLC, a municipal bond broker/dealer specializing in providing clients with institutional level access to the municipal bond market, making available bonds not often accessible through traditional retail investment channels. Nichole is the author of several whitepapers focused on exchange traded funds: Rise of the ETFs, Semi-Transparent Exchange Traded Funds: A Revolution in Active Management and Non-Transparent Exchange-Traded Products: A Revolution 25 Years in the Making and has published a series of blogs. She has been on ETF industry panels and webinars both as a panelist and moderator. She has also been a guest on the ETF Working Lunch podcast. Her writing has provided her with the skills to consistently apply critical thinking, combined with the aptitude to operate independently or as a team. She has proven her ability to take a holistic approach to proactively identify and address issues.Nichole earned a Bachelor’s degree from Bethany College in Lindsborg, Kansas where she double majored in Mathematics and English. She is also a Certified Mindful Leader earning her certificate from The Executive Coaching University where she was part of the first class to graduate. Nichole and her family enjoy spending time in the outdoors hiking many of the back trails and 14ers around Colorado. When she isn’t hiking, she is often found with a camera in hand honing her photography skills and traveling. She is an avid Formula 1 and MotoGP fan.
