Project Management Consultant for Client Novartis Pharmaceutical AG to support with Merges and Acquisitions (M&A) expertise across IT, Data, Change Management, and Governance with C-Level presence and communication. Additionally, support a major Pharmaceutical with M&A activity within the Americas.Key Responsibilities: • Hands-on IT M&A Project Management• Strong and direct C-Level, Leadership and Stakeholders Management, Interaction and Communication• Act as a single point of escalation for all project related activities• Monitor and track related Risks & Issues • Manage and update Program Plan • Completely involved and responsible for Mergers and Acquisitions processes (M&A) • Develop M&A frameworks and M&A workstream playbooks for use by Project Managers and Stakeholders• Manage execution teams for all active workstreams • Improve M&A tools and processes to increase project consistency and reduce ramp up time • Develop M&A competencies with team leads to increase internal efficiencies, reduce time to delivery, and accurately measure progress and success • Foster an environment of cross functional alignment for M&A deals. Develop relationships to ensure healthy partnerships among teams (IT Architecture, ERP/Applications, Security & Compliance, HR, Finance, Legal, Facilities, etc.) • Work across IT and business functions, ensuring strategy alignment to overall deal goals and execution plans• Reduce bureaucracy to speed up implementations by aligning financial approval processes, collaborating with IT dependent functions, defining and packaging standard services offered, and partnering with technical service owners
