ABOUT NATHALIE N.

I have extensive experience as a DBA working with many different relational and nonrelational technologies (MySQL, PostreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server, MongoDB, Redis.). I have also participated in the team\'s daily routine to support the analysts (data modeling, DML code development, information access / security best practices, bug investigation and other functions). This area is of utmost importance for businesses to ensure information security (even more important with the new data protection laws - in Brazil called by LGPD) and the agility needed to manipulate data. It can also be the basis for data analysis across the Big Data area. This year I was promoted to Technical Leader of the SRE area where I face the challenge of managing a team and the responsibility of the entire cloud infrastructure of the company (AWS, GCP) of legacy systems. Part of the job is to monitor / evolve systems, improve cloud security, dockerize systems. To perform my functions better, I chose agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban) and agile management through Management 3.0. I want to keep looking for challenges that will make me evolve out of my zone of comfort. Always trying to ensure that a demand is executed quickly, safely and effectively.
