ABOUT NATALIE WHITCOMBE
In 2017 I decided to set up my own HR business. There seemed to be a high demand for flexible and innovative HR solutions in the South East of England so with over 15 years of HR experience behind me and being MCIPD qualified I took the leap.I have always known that HR was the perfect job for me (starting by studying HR at University)! Now being able to grow my client base and see their businesses thrive has been a real privilege. I think it\'s the people side of HR and the fact that I know I\'m making a difference to someone\'s day that makes it so important. Employee wellbeing is at the forefront of what I do and I have recently completed a Level 3 diploma in counselling.
