I am Will Polston, a best-selling author, entrepreneur, award-winning business strategist & performance coach.I work with ambitious individuals, rapidly transforming their lives by empowering them to solve their biggest challenges and holding them accountable on their journey towards their dream life.Despite achieving \"traditional success\" through a career as a broker, I found myself feeling unfulfilled. This feeling persisted until a surprising turn of events led me to a personal development seminar. It was there that I finally gained clarity. I realised that my deep-seated belief that \"money equals happiness\" was unfounded. What I truly desired was to empower others to achieve their dreams.From that day onwards, I\'ve dedicated my life to studying the art and science of behavioural change and performance coaching. Utilizing a powerful combination of techniques from multiple disciplines, I provide people with unique insights into their behaviour and offer proven strategies that transform their lives.In 2023, my first book,\'North Star Thinking: Master Your Mindset and Live a Life You Love\', was published and became a Number 1 Amazon Best Seller. Being an entrepreneur myself, I understand the struggles and challenges, as well as the highs and lows of being in business. My humble approach and unique coaching style put everything on the table, enabling people to feel comfortable exploring the depths of their vulnerabilities.I hold several credentials: I\'m a Certified Master Coach, NLP Master Practitioner, Member of the International Coach Federation, and International Speaker.
