The primary responsibility is to manage the bench, which refers to consultants or employees who are not currently assigned to billable projects. • Develop and maintain relationships with Prime Vendor to understand their staffing needs and requirements. • This involves regular communication with Vendors to identify potential opportunities for placing bench resources. • Allocate bench resources to Bench Sales Recruiters based on the expertise of specific recruiters and monitoring the progress of marketing. • This requires a good understanding of both the skills and capabilities of bench sales recruiters and resources. • Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients, including rates, duration, and other relevant terms. • As Bench Sales Manager, responsible for ensuring that contracts are mutually beneficial and complying with company policies and legal requirements. • Monitor the performance of bench resources placed at client sites to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement. • This may involve conducting regular check-ins with clients and consultants to address any issues or concerns. • Maintain a pipeline of potential opportunities by continuously prospecting for new clients and understanding market trends and demands. • This involves identifying upcoming projects, understanding client needs, and positioning bench resources accordingly. • Generate reports and analyze data related to bench utilization, client engagements, and sales performance. • This information helps in making informed decisions and implementing strategies to optimize bench management and sales efforts.
