Involved in team handling Managing overall activity and performance of 3 branches Present portfolio consists of-(i) Liability business i.e. CASA, Term Deposits, Third party Distribution (TPD) Responsible for increase in non-retail & retail asset business, CASA base, deposits & third party product sales and developing business to ensure increased sales, profitability and market share of bank. Financial management including maximizing profitability of the branches. Developing, implementing and maintaining business plans and innovative marketing strategies. Enhancing awareness of the bank branch and brand. Ensuring overall customer satisfaction (ESQ), brand loyalty and focusing customer acquisition, retention and cross sales Supervising end-to-end asset generation activities i.e. generation of leads through bank staff, collation of client information, preparation of credit file, liaison with competent authority for sanction of loan, execution of loan documents and smoothly disbursal of loans. Play important role for building healthy environment among different Internal departments (like Credit, Credit Administration Department, MIS team, Branch Operation team, Marketing team, Collection team etc) which proves as catalyst during problem solving. Keeping check on overall Hygiene of existing portfolio (like timely renewal, interest servicing and proper churning in respective accounts. Supervising smooth conduct of branch audit and satisfactory closure of observations. Close monitoring of PDD (Post disbursement Delinquency) and its closure within time frame. Handling staff training, productivity boosting, Grooming & retention of talents and building a healthy and competitive environment for branch team.
