I manage and coach a team of Technical Trainers and one Instructional Designer for product training and content development. I work with Product Management regarding new product releases and host internal Field Enablement training sessions. I collaborate with department leads and Subject Matter Experts on different projects, such as New Hire Onboarding Program, Partner Training Program, and development of new courses for new products. I assist with the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of training programs across the organization.
