WORK HISTORY
VP R & d @Protegrity
US
As a VP R&D I took on the responsibility of overseeing product architecture. I saw an opportunity to lead several key initiatives, including transitioning our platform from a monolithic to a service-oriented architecture and reorganizing our product strategy for UI/UX. Our customers\' environments spanned on-premise, hybrid, and multi-cloud setups. These initiatives required us to adopt industry standards and best practices such as API-first, microservices, containerization, cross-cloud design, and infrastructure as code (IaC), all while ensuring compliance with data security standards and certifications like ISO 27001.In this role, I continue to lead three teams: product and platform architecture, UI/UX, and incubation development.
