Therefore, I work hand in hand with our major clients and our professionals. Handling major clients (vendors, LSPs) by clarifying and understanding two things that are often taken for granted: preferences and expectations. After defining these aspects from the clients’ side, I ensure to deliver these as important guidelines to our professionals (DTP specialists, translators, linguists). Thus, projects go through virtuous and efficient workflows that reach the final targeted result.
