ABOUT MIKI AIZAWA

I’m a strategy-minded, impact-driven professional who loves bringing ideas to life through thoughtful collaboration. Over the years, I’ve led and contributed to initiatives ranging from regional mentorship programs to international conferences and summits—experiences that have strengthened my passion for connecting people and driving meaningful change. My work sits at the intersection of people, purpose, and process. With a business background (Australian National University alum!) and certifications in AI-integrated strategy, project management, and data analysis, I’m comfortable navigating both the big picture and the details. I’ve worked across fast-paced, multicultural environments, and I’m especially energized by work that blends creativity, systems thinking, and human connection. Curious by nature and always eager to learn, I’m drawn to purpose-driven work where I can grow, contribute, and help turn ideas into real-world results. Currently exploring new directions—open to where curiosity, purpose, and good people lead next.
