With years of experience in pastoral ministry, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside individuals and communities in their most transformational seasons. That journey shaped my conviction that real growth happens when we connect deeply to our purpose and to one another.As a Certified Enneagram Coach and Trainer, I specialize in using personality and emotional intelligence frameworks to enhance self-awareness, communication, and team dynamics. Through coaching, workshops, and leadership development programs, I guide executives and teams in identifying patterns that limit growth and cultivating behaviors that sustain it.Today, my work centers on developing healthy, high-performing leaders and cultures. Whether facilitating leadership development programs, coaching executives, or speaking on the Enneagram’s applications in leadership, I help people unlock their potential and create environments where others can do the same.At the core of everything I do is a simple conviction: when people understand themselves and others deeply, they can lead — and live — with greater purpose, resilience, and joy.
