Doug began his professional life in the non-profit space as an entrepreneurial pastor, launching 3 faith communities and building a leadership development pipeline. He transitioned his passion for helping others into the coaching business Own The Room, where he eventually became COO building a global team with multiple offices. Certified as a master coach, he flew an average of 300K+ miles per year to work with CEO\'s and their teams at many of the world’s top companies including Google, Goldman Sachs, Meta, LinkedIn and Siemens. Today, he focuses his energy only on clients who are doing their part to help humans thrive in some unique way. He is thrilled to be coaching executives at Reddit, Eventide, and International Copper Association, as well as dozens of other individuals. He will not coach evil masterminds.
