I am an architect in the IT industry with more than 20 years of experience in engineering design and telecommunications strategy. I am a technology generalist with broad knowledge and experience across many domains and practices. I work with software teams and IT & business stakeholders to ensure design decisions are coordinated and are in line with business and enterprise architecture policies. Recent work includes integration, workflow and case management; cloud and security I strive to maximise the agility of architectures to ensure solutions are as adaptable as possible I have a PhD in Software Engineering, in which I researched the dichotomy between agile software development and software architecture. I continue to follow and contribute to industry groups that develop and promote understanding of the architecture field, and in particular agile architecture.
