ABOUT MICHAEL J SCLAR

Michael J Sclar is a San Diego native with extensive experience in providing the highest level of service to clients and effectively presenting key performance metrics to executive leadership at Enterprise companies. Michael was raised in a bilingual/bicultural household, earned a minor in Spanish at college, and lived in Spain for a year, so he is able to share his knowledge comfortably for English or Spanish speaking clients across the globe.To increase engagement and ROI from his clients, Michael is actively working with executive and management teams to ensure clarity and program success. The distinctive knowledge of maintaining the highest level of integrity and ethics with the advances in technology tools available helps Michael understand and address the concerns unique to companies and individuals focused on change management.
