Manage staff in the exam development process (e.g, job task analyses, blueprint development, item writing, form development, and standard setting). Identify and manage external vendors (e.g, exam management systems, exam administration, editorial services, translation services, and psychometrics). Analyze vendor capabilities, negotiate contracts, and maintain and cultivate external professional relationships. Research, pilot, and implement new exam development, analysis, and reporting methodologies (e.g, Embedded Standard Setting, Automated Test Assembly, Flexdashboard). Generate ideas and business cases for new, innovative exam-related products and services. Collaborate on organization-wide technology transformation projects, acting as subject matter expert for exam delivery, scoring, reporting, and related matters. Represent the organization on external committees that impact the business of our credentialing programs. Develop and implement exam development and accreditation policies and processes, working with association staff and other stakeholders.
