Represent and speak on behalf of the company at industry conferences, tradeshows, and events for a large audience, interact with members of the National Restaurant Association’s Executive Certification & Academic Committee, and present at major hotel chains and ownership groups • Collaborate with AHLA and AHLAF membership and career development teams to support members\' training and professional development needs and help execute training programs for the apprentices via U.S. Department of Labor nationally registered apprenticeship programs • Maintain close relationships with Major Hotel Chains, Hotel Management Companies, Hotel Owners, Military, Government workforce agencies, Trade associations, and Academic institutions by providing the training and certification solution from the American Hotel and Lodging Association (AHLA) and National Restaurant Association (NRA) • Collaborate with the Customer Service, Marketing, and Product team to improve product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities; improving product packaging; coordinating new product development • Set annual forecast and budget for North America Region by identifying market opportunities, understanding industry trends, defining market, and competitor\'s strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share • Successfully manage the sales process utilizing ERP system, Oracle, CRM tools such as Salesforce, LinkPoint360, and LinkedIn Navigator. • Understanding customers’ needs and the Learning Management System they use then provide appropriate training solutions to create a career path for their organization.
