Also serve as the center of excellence for agile delivery coordination Production Support/SRE: Alerting, monitoring, first response and resolution support for all our tier 1 platforms, systems and processes. Own Technology incident management process. Infrastructure: Database engineering and management, Dev Ops and Desktop Support Expense Management: Manage the annual Technology departmental budget of $10-$12 million. Serve on the Executive and Business Leadership Teams Chair our Culture Club, which is focused on ensuring our culture is strong and present in the hybrid work environment at Best Egg
