As the Business Development Manager at Clevertronics, my primary goal is to drive the growth strategy within the Wholesale Market Segment. This role is central to building strong customer relationships and supporting the growth of accounts. I play a key role in implementing long-term strategic activities within the Sales team by engaging with the market to secure and promote the Clevertronics brand and increase market share.Developing & Implementing Growth Strategies:I focus on creating strategies that drive growth within the wholesale channel, using application solutions and cost-benefit analysis to add value.I aim to understand what value means to both contractors and wholesalers, ensuring our approach aligns with their needs.Building Relationships.I maintain a regular call cycle to build and nurture relationships within the wholesale market, focusing on driving sales through electrical contractors.My efforts are also geared towards targeting new electrical contractors and channeling sales through wholesalers to secure new business opportunities.Providing Market Insights:I provide valuable feedback to the sales and marketing teams, helping them create effective promotions and closing strategies with wholesalers.Educational Opportunities:I organize training sessions for wholesalers and key branch personnel on Clevertronics products, technical details, and merchandising requirements to ensure they are equipped with the necessary knowledge.Industry Engagement:I attend company and client functions, including those outside regular working hours, to strengthen relationships and represent Clevertronics in the industry.Through these activities, I am committed to making a meaningful contribution to Clevertronics’ growth, expanding our market reach, and helping build strong partnerships that drive long-term success.
