Synchronizing four major support functions to support field operations and key stakeholders/functional partners in Human Resources, Compliance, Legal, Facilities, Supply Chain, Risk, Pharmacy, Communications, Audit, Finance, Business Continuity, and others. The four major programs include Risk Assessments & Mitigation; Investigations & Loss Prevention/Executive Protection; Security Technology Integration; and Analytics & Enterprise Security Risk Management. Designing and implementing end-to-end shared services for National, Program Office, and Regional security programs to capitalize on financial and program efficiencies, risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance. Responsible for supporting the comprehensive design and development of the Shared Service model to improve baseline performance. Developing standardized processes to move from a decentralized organization to a centralized business methodology for continuity enterprise-wide. Identifying, developing, implementing and maintaining security processes, practices, and policies throughout the organization to reduce risks, respond to incidents, and limit exposure and liability in all areas of information, financial, physical, personal, and reputational risk. Collaborating with Cyber Security in prevention of cyberattacks and loss of protected data. Ensuring the organization’s compliance with the local, national, and international regulatory environments where applicable to the accountability of this role, such as privacy, data protection and health and safety. Working with Privacy and Security on projects related to HIPAA and security related reports. Researching and deploying state-of-the-art technology solutions and innovative security management techniques to safeguard the organization’s personnel and assets. Establishing appropriate standards and associated risk controls for access management. Working with Risk and Compliance to improve asset controls.
