Results-driven Organizational Development partner and highly-skilled communicator, with over 10 years of experience in the healthcare sector. My approach to driving change, developing leaders and teams, and innovating to meet business needs is grounded in my behavioral science background, as well as the methodologies and best practices I\'ve embraced throughout my career as a life-long learner.
