ABOUT MIA WHITLEY

Welcome to the life of a parallelprenuer! There are quite a few definitions for a parallelpruenuer my favorite is according to training magazine. An individual who works a corporate job and have their own business as well. I am the CEO and founder of MIASpeaks, I provide, customized development and training/facilitation, workshops and retreats. I am also a best-selling author and transformational speaker. I utilize my 25 years of training and development for top corporations coupled with my 14 years of healthy relationship trainings and leadership retreats to provide engaging, relatable and transforming talks, or workshops on the topics of wellbeing, customer service, leadership, coaching, personal and professional development. I am also a radio show talk host for my show MIASpeaks Motivational Moments Talk Show that airs Monday -Friday on the DFW Den Radio Gospel station on the live 365 platform & Roku. I am employed with Prime Therapeutics as a Principal Trainer for almost 17 years (5/23/23). My primary focus is providing leadership training and development for supervisors and above. My specialized topics are behavior management (through Aubrey Daniel International - ADI), DiSC, Stand Out Strong Teams, Coaching the Coaches and other leadership trainings. I am also a member of our Diversity and Inclusion council. I serve as the Education Subcommittee Lead. I am also a member of the Prime Together Foundation. Our mission is to work together with our communities to address inequality and injustice in all its manifestations, particularly racism, poverty, health and hunger.
