I grew up surrounded by cornfields in rural Iowa, where hard work and honesty were a way of life. That foundation shaped how I lead today- with integrity, empathy, and a deep belief in the power of collaboration. As an Operations Manager in the mortgage industry, my mission is to bridge the gap between people and processes, helping Sales and Ops work better together so we can deliver a smoother, more reliable experience for every borrower. More than anything, I want people to feel supported-whether it’s a teammate navigating a complex file, a new hire finding their footing, or a partner working through tough scenario. I believe showing up, rolling up my sleeves, and doing the work side by side. Because when we support each other well, we serve our borrowers even better.
