ABOUT MEGHANN MILLIGAN

I am a creative powerhouse and lifelong learner with a passion for puns and problem solving. My background is one of adaptation, skill building, and collaboration. My greatest asset, you ask? My empathetic nature, that inquisitiveness and curiosity drives me to see the patterns and identify the root issue. I pride myself on the ability to look at things from many perspectives, and this often leads to innovative problem solving and out-of-the-box thinking. If you\'re still reading this, here\'s my background -> I have lived on three continents, 5 countries, and three different states in 12 years. My adaptability to different cultures, procedures, and systems knows no bounds. I thrive in a culture of feedback and coaching, and love to pass on tips and tricks to my coworkers. I have owned and successfully run my own business, worked in Operations Management for a Mental Health Clinic, and oversaw Student Services at a 5 region wide college campus. I have developed \"mental gymnastics\" for myself over the years, which has really allowed me to expand into roles which may not have seemed obvious, but have improved my stamina and agility.
