I learned interaction design and information architecture as a hands-on delivery lead during the dot.com boom 20 years ago with netNumina, a systems integration, experience design, and full stack application development shop.After many years with a permanent seat on the Acella train to NYC, I\'ve applied a customer-first mindset to every role: consulting, business development, partner management, software sales, people leadership and product management. Where did it all lead? To Fidelity Investments - a great, customer-obsessed company, one I\'ll probably never leave.Having made the move from UXD to Product Management for Fidelity Wealth, I now lead the End-to-End Measurement and Lookahead Team.
