Contribute to and manage the execution of the product portfolio vision and strategy as defined by the CEO • Build, lead, and oversee a team of Product Managers and UI/UX Designers responsible for software delivery within the defined vision and strategy. Direct supervision of staff members to include Product Analysts, Associate Product Managers, Product Managers, and UI/UX Designers. • Function as an Agile coach and mentor for not only the Product Management team but the broader organization as well • Manage internal partnerships and external partners to optimize growth. • Develop measurement strategies that transparently communicate goals to internal and external stakeholders • Manage team allocation, maintain production metrics and delivery process at the highest level of quality • Develop operational efficiency within the team to bring the highest quality products to the market in the least amount of time. • Engage closely with the Engineering team to help determine the best technical implementation methods and a reasonable schedule. • Create and foster career development goals for the team in alignment with the company, product, and personal growth objectives
