As a Territory Sales Manager at Fluidra I am responsible for developing new accounts, maintaining those accounts, and making sure that our Distribution network is being cared for- As the leading Manufacturer of Pool and Spa Equipment in the world our passion is to create the perfect Pool Experience for the end user- I try to be a resource for my customers so that they can help us achieve that mission by learning as much about our products, our loyalty programs, and our customers needs and wants to make sure that we achieve that-Fluidra is a large company encompassing many brands (Jandy, Polaris, Zodiac, CoverPools, Grand Effects, just to name a few), but the goal of our whole team is to be the best team out there and lead in innovative ways whether that may be with Quality, Service, Products or Customer collaboration.I work hard at being professional with my customers, and my Co-Workers. I am a team player, and am driven to succeed at what I do. I care about people, the quality of work I do, and about treating customers to the best possible experience. My customers have many options of whom to shop with, but I feel that if I treat them right they will reward me with continued loyalty. I am diligent, am a problem solver, and I try my best to follow-up on everything before the day is done.
