Resulted in improved employee experience and streamlined processes for scalability and consistency.• Transformed Indeed into a skills-based organization by identifying and prioritizing essential future skills, assessing employee gaps, and developing an L&D strategy. Delivered industry benchmarking, vendor analysis, and skills taxonomy. • Led the Performance Management team and process integration into Workday with a focus on simplification and accountability. Included goal setting framework, peer feedback, manager and skip-level reviews, as well as post reporting and data analysis. Achieved a 98.6% manager review completion rate.• Rolled out Introduction to Indeed (I2I) interactive foundational onboarding experience for new hires. The program spans four days and combines daily live sessions with self-paced learning to give new hires an overview of the business, products, and customers.
