Business intelligence is my passion. I strive to drive improvement and change into an organization through the use of facts and data. One of my favorite quotes is by Dostoyevsky from Crime and Punishment: “We\'ve got facts, they say. But facts aren\'t everything; at least half the battle consists in how one makes use of them!”. This is so true of how most organizations attempt to use data. Nearly every organization has a massive amount of data and facts, but that means nothing if it is not used and implemented in the appropriate fashion. My skill is in turning facts and data into meaningful information that drives the business to critically analyze its processes and performance and drive improvement to each. A reporting organization can get you nearly any answer you want, the challenge, and my skill, is in getting to the RIGHT answer.
