ABOUT MARY E. CENTRIC

With 15 years’ experience leading finance and accounting operations for professional services, wholesale, and sales organizations, I focus on my teams’ ability to provide actionable information that helps businesses thrive. Throughout my career, I have developed tools, systems, and processes that integrate department operations into overall organizational strategy. As a team leader, often in cross-functional environments, I hire and develop professionals who are committed to providing exceptional service to our internal partners and clients. In my 2 most recent roles, I have developed multiple workflows and processes that ensure we have the internal capacity to deliver high quality financial data and facilitate accurate and timely accounting operations.A champion of making work more efficient and cost-effective, I have led multiple projects to upgrade and implement systems including Dynamics Great Plains, a new customer relationship management package, a VoIP phone system, and a fully integrated HRIS. Working across the organization to seamlessly integrate these systems into our workflow and help users adopt the new tools, we have modernized our office functionality and saved money.
