ABOUT MARTIN
A strategic and business outcomes focused Enterprise Architect with over 20 years of professional experience in various ICT disciplines. I have a wide range of experience covering infrastructure, cloud, systems, solution and enterprise architecture, bringing together a unique understanding the applications that deliver business value and the underlying technology that applications rely upon.I strive to understand business drivers, and how they affect the strategies and approaches to problems that businesses face. I then use this knowledge to recommend solutions to deliver best-value business outcomes.I place a strong focus on engagement and establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation and with vendors to build a consensus on how to deliver on the organisation’s strategic vision. I have leadership experience of architecture practice establishment and evolution in a large organisation and leading / mentoring of solution architects.
