Assume additional responsibilities previously assigned to the Superintendent, such as management of restricted donations and grants with annual spend of approximately $6M. Develop, manage, and deploy teams dedicated to supporting schools in multiple areas such as academics, mission, enrollment, and sustainability. Strengthened the impact of Catholic Education in the Archdiocese of Boston and leveraged support and resources by fostering relationships with key strategic partners. Increased enrollment process efficiency by partnering with our student information system provider and members of the CSO to have 90% of parish schools utilizing the on-line enrollment and application module. Successfully supported schools during the Covid pandemic with cash flow analysis, operational viability assessments, loans, and re-opening procedures by partnering with RCAB’s senior management, members of the CSO, and other Pastoral Center departments. Serve as the Superintendent\'s representative and Archdiocesan liaison to the Boards of Trustees of related entity schools, ensuring that RCAB’s senior management is cognizant of operational strengths and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with members of RCAB\'s senior management on programs and initiatives impacting parishes and Catholic Schools, such as school safety project. Vet candidates for school leader positions, assist pastors with selection process, and provide on-going support and training to school leaders. Support and develop members of the Catholic Schools Office through stretch assignments, training and mentoring, and collaboration.
