As the Onboarding Manager at Better Image Solutions, I lead our onboarding department, helping new clients bring their brands to life—from initial logo design and website development to online reputation management. I specialize in creating a seamless, high-touch experience that sets the foundation for long-term client success. Since stepping into this role, I’ve continued to drive impactful results, including contributing to a 15% revenue increase last quarter through strategic brand launches and client collaboration.I earned my B.A. in Business/Managerial Economics and Political Science from UC Irvine in 2020, where I developed a strong foundation in economic strategy, policy analysis, and leadership.
