Jyske Bank is the second largest bank in Denmark servicing both retail and corporate clients. It\'s a full service bank with retail banking, investment services, asset management and more.As corporate actions specialist I am responsible for all types of corporate actions on the Scandinavian markets as well as the UK and Canada. This includes communication with clients, investors, advisors and asset managers on both retail and professional levels- Responsible for all corporate actions across Scandinavia, UK and Canada- Income events globally (Dividends, Interest payments, Redemptions and so on)- Lead or co-lead banker on IPO\'s (Initial public offerings) raising more than DKK 500 mio. for the companies going public- Managing improvement and development project of different sizes. As part of my job I also perform execution trades, reconciliation of shares and cash and development of our corporate action processes.
