Passionate, determined and result-oriented business leader, I bring value in complex environments, such as multi-country set-ups, international business challenges, cross-functional teams, multi-cultural organizations.I have built a multi-functional career path in FMCG sector in Mondelez International, working accross Local, European and Global markets, from marketing, sales, manufacturing to General Management and Strategic Transformations. My ambition today is to lead a business from stategic thinking to implementation, in a multi-country environment.Recognized as easily adaptable, energetic and trustworthy, I believe transparency, trust and respect are key to create a positive, dynamic and sustainable working system.WHAT I ENJOY - I am passionate about people and business development. For me, gaining share and driving people development are the two most rewarding experiences- I like to set up a vision, on-board my teams around that vision. challenge them to get better. This is a source of inspiration, creativity, and innovative thinking.WHAT I LEARNT - build an in-depth knowledge of all functions : from marketing to sales, business development, manufacturing and managing director. I learnt this both through management of international teams and through my Benelux-based experience- drive P&L and large teams, directly and indirectly : with team up to 300 experts. In Benelux, I led a team of 400 individuals in 2 locations.
