About Masha Gindiya

I appreciate the path which has lead me to UX/UI design. True to say that in the last 15 years, I have worn many hats across my career. I have been fortunate enough to apply myself in multiple industries, spanning different company life cycles; from working in large corporations, to contributing to the evolving journey of a lean startup becoming a large global business venture, or having the pleasure of working within a local boutique design firm. Even though this path I have led is not a linear one, I am grateful for all of the opportunities that guided me to finding my passion in the design field. Looking back at my experience I am realizing that in all of my roles as a problem solver, at the core of it all, I was the most excited about grasping and enabling the connections between things, products and teams; thinking through the logic and the efficiency of it all, trying to answer all the ‘whys?’ and ‘what ifs?’.For me, I could not imagine a better way to lead me to discover the area where I can see myself making an impact. Design.
