ABOUT MARIA ANTONIA COSTA
I have enjoyed a long career as CFO of a respected and innovative company and feel like I have come to a place of taking stock and looking at the future from a mature and confident perspective. Some of my favorite accomplishments have to do with people and not titles. I feel I have come into my own helping others thrive, and right now, that I’m in a privileged point in my career. To me, the next phase is about providing guidance and a fertile environment for the growth of my coworkers. It’s about giving back. I believe strongly that, both in our companies and in the world at large, people are our biggest resource and source of wealth.I have grown, professionally and as a person, as a consequence of the variety of people I have come into contact with. I see myself as a mentor, more than a leader, and am still, today, looking forward to next bend in the road, the challenges and new faces it will bring into my path.
