2018 - Actual - Position: Service Enagement Manager Mosaic. I have been lately managing the SAP implementation project at Mosaic, which is a merge of Vale Fertilizantes and Mosaic, following Mosaic Global template. The challenge of this project is the size (35 SAP consultants), and Mosaic parallel projects, like company organizational restructuring, and third software´s integrations, after go-live in April 2019, I was invited to manager SAP support team with 30 consultants. 20••••18 Cerradinho: improvements in the maintenance management module, and creation of a new company.20••••17 Service Engagement Manager in Global support team, like Cargill, Burberry, De Nora, Bayer, Volvo Cars, Servizi and others. I have developed client trust relationships, which it makes possible to identify new opportunities and sell them, increasing baseline 10 times in 2 years. 20••••16 Akzonobel: responsible for implementing SAP in a factory in Brazil (2015). Customized Brazil localization.20••••15 Riata: I worked as Engagement Manager and was responsible for the implementation of SAP software in Riata companies in Brazil. The challenge of this project was to implement a retail company, in an instance of oil and energy. 20••••13 Natura: Project to design the business processes in Aris tool, with the objective of tracking the raw material from its origin to the end of the production chain. 20••••13 HR Votorantim: implementing the SAP HR module in all companies of the group. The challenge of this project was to keep competitors working together and in partnership.20••••11 Lenovo: Coordinate the FIT test in Latin America, acting as a focal point for Capgemini\'s China team and for users in Latin America.20••••11 SIG Combibloc: German carton packaging company, where we implemented the SAP localization.20••••09 Itausa: Acted as a PMO Office manager for the Itautec and Duratex project, a three-year long project with a staff of 200 people.
