Project: Capgemini McDonald\'s account - Talent Strategy and Employee Engagement Role: Talent Strategy Lead / Director Lead a team of three talent strategists in the creation and execution of a talent strategy framework for the 3,500 plus global employee\'s aligned to the McDonald\'s account. Partnered with global HRBPs across the US, Brazil, Hungary, and India to align with performance management and policy. Ensured People Experience initiatives were integrated into the account including use of the GlobeSmart platform to enhance cross culture collaboration. Provided monthly analysis and insights on employee engagement to a network of global engagement leaders leveraging the Workday Peakon engagement platform. Oversaw the creation of a Talent Development framework designed for role mobility for technologists. Project: Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Implementation for a Global Healthcare and Retail organization Role: Organizational Change Management Lead Introduced client to a change leadership and management framework customized for the project outcomes. Conducted a stakeholder analysis to address change impacts for the organization. Created a first phase roadmap for change; focused on critical behaviors and habits for success. Defined revised responsibilities to support new ways of working. Provided ongoing change leadership coaching. Project: Talent Acquisition System Fit/Gap Assessment and Recommendation Roadmap for a Consumer Packaged Goods company Role: Project Manager and HR Expert Assessed functionality and user experience of SAP SuccessFactors recruitment module. Established guiding principles with the client at the outset of the project. Conducted customized client interviews across talent acquisition, hiring managers, and HR executives. Facilitated a workshop to determine criticality and feasibility of addressing user experience issues. Presented results to project sponsors and provided a roadmap with prioritized items to address.
