I am the Chief Operations Officer for RailPros, a comprehensive provider of outsource services to the freight and transit/commuter rail industries. RailPros provides turnkey engineering, project/program, and construction management, and flagging safety services to both public and private customers. In addition, RailPros has training and media production capabilities. I implement continuous business process improvements to create a more efficient and profitable operation. I focus my corporate strategy around building a vision, making bold moves, and fostering a culture of innovation among staff. I implement organizational alignments that maximize the hiring and retention of talent; an organizational design that combines efficiency and quality delivery; and build a culture around inclusion and diversity and strong mental health.
