I also lead cross-functional risk assessments, creating practical mitigation strategies to minimize delays and disruptions. • Process Improvement Through Automation: Champion continuous improvement by designing and implementing automated solutions that streamline workflows, enhance visibility, and reduce manual tasks—driving greater consistency, quality, and productivity across the team. • Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Build trusted relationships with clients, agency partners, and internal stakeholders by delivering high-quality work and maintaining clear, proactive communication. I translate complex data into insights and ensure strategic alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
