Cyber Security Program - Program Change LeaderCyber Security UpliftProgram of work stood up to support growth of our organisation\'s capability to address threats, risks and vulnerabilities which needs to be faced into in today\'s elevated cyber threat landscape.Change management is required to support the introductions of new technology, tools and processes as well as enabling and empowering a cultural shift on the joint responsibility of cyber security across the enterprise. Responsibility: Create Change Strategy and lead the program Change team to deliver change across various streams of work across the program which will include the following deliveries: • Develop detailed impact assessments and change plans in collaboration with stakeholders across the organisation. This will mean changes via various deployments being implemented effectively with minimal disruption and resistant from impacted business teams.• Facilitate and develop clear and consistent communications and strong stakeholder engagements tailored for different levels of Management. • Build strong support from business stakeholders whose inputs and buy ins are critical to the successful delivery of the program.• Ensure strong business readiness transition by developing effective training, support collaterals and resistant planning for smooth implementations of changes and capability uplifts.
