Leading WW - SRE and Security Department for IBM Cloud Pak for Data offering. The Goal of department is to ensure that, individual micro services and platform is measured on Availability, Reliability, and Performance goals. We ensure that Service level objectives (SLO’s) are met by individual micro-services as per Service Level Agreements (SLA’s). Designed SRE Pipeline to continuously measure stats and metric to deliver Service Level Indicator (SLI’s). Designed and developed SRE Framework that monitors and validates high Scale testing and has Chaos framework for Resiliency validation. Multiple deep analytics model for analyzing the uses data and failure data to determine platform reliability, availability performance and scalability. The entire SRE framework is powered by ML models to produce deep insight, thru Anomaly Detection, Predictive Failure Analytics (Predictive Alerting), NLG models for report generation and Log analytics for failure detection and diagnostics.
