I work with companies that have real operational problems — insurance, oil and gas, manufacturing, consumer goods. The issues are usually the same underneath: processes that have never been properly digitised, data that exists but isn\'t being used, systems that don\'t talk to each other, and planning still done in spreadsheets.My job is to figure out whether technology can fix that, what it would cost, and whether the business case holds. AI, data platforms, security, ERP, digital integration — whatever the problem requires.I engage at board and C-suite level. I\'ve also run delivery. I know what both sides of that conversation look like.
