ABOUT MACKENZIE KING

As President & Chief Operating Officer, MacKenzie brings an innovative and resilient energy to the Impact Team. MacKenzie’s career at Impact began in 2013, where she started as the Front Office Receptionist. While in this role, MacKenzie pursued her Bachelor’s Degree at the University of Georgia, from which she graduated in 2017. MacKenzie also devoted many hours founding UGA’s first philanthropy based mental health organization, a topic she continues to advocate for today. After graduation, MacKenzie rejoined the Impact team to fulfill the role as Software Support Specialist and then transitioned to serve as Director of Client Success in 2018. In addition to the Client Success role, MacKenzie expanded her technology footprint with the company in gaining the oversight of the Software Development team for Impact’s Proprietary Vendor Management Software – Clarity. Creating a tech-enabled service model to disrupt the VMS/MSP industry is a passion for both MacKenzie and Impact. MacKenzie’s dedication to Impact allowed her to achieve her current role role as President & COO, where she oversee\'s all Impact operations, including the Field Operations Management, Strategic Business Development, Corporate Operations, Compliance and Software Development/Support. In her free time, MacKenzie enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, spending time outdoors, and most of all - loving on her dogs – Enzo and Nala.
