ABOUT COLLEEN MCKAY LANGNER

I am the executive vice president and chief operations officer for Cox Communications, the third-largest privately held broadband provider in the US. I lead our regions, field services, network maintenance, customer experience operations and corporate and public affairs ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services to over six million residential and commercial customers across 18 states.Before taking this role in January 2022, I was the executive vice president, chief marketing and sales officer, where I oversaw the company\'s residential sales and marketing activities, driving growth and innovation in a competitive market. I also served as the senior vice president of field operations, where I provided strategic leadership and direction to the regional operations, including human resources, government affairs, and field service teams. Throughout my career at Cox, I have leveraged my expertise in new media, social media marketing, and brand awareness to enhance customer loyalty, satisfaction, and retention. I am passionate about contributing to the industry and the community, and I have been recognized by several organizations for my achievements and leadership. I have received multiple awards, including the Wonder Woman award from Multichannel News, the Woman of the Year from WICT and the Most Powerful Women award from CableFAX. I currently serve on the board of directors for iNDemand and Adaptive Spirit, and I am a Southwest Trustee for the Boys & Girls Clubs. I am a graduate of Marquette University, and I have completed executive programs at Harvard Business School, Stanford Graduate School of Business, and Emory University.
