   Eversource Energy — Feb 2014 to Present Key accomplishments-Managed the development and implementation of the Emergency Preparedness Training and Exercise Program -Managed the project to restructure the Emergency Assignment Process. Included development of a new process, retiring an outdated assignment system, Emergency Restoration Assignment System (ERAS), building an interface with the new assignment system Automated Roster Call-Out System (ARCOS) and a Learning Management System (Learning Central). Also, creating an emergency assignment lookup tool that interfaces with ARCOS Additional responsibilities-Managing and conducting analysis to determine the training needs for initial, refresher, and just-in-time training for all emergency preparedness (EP) and response activities -Using multiple training platforms to develop training based on a needs analysis and using the SAT process -Overseeing the development and implementation of EP exercises and drills that assess the efficacy of the organization’s abilities to respond during emergencies -Working closely with the State and other external agencies (ISONE, Federal Agencies, other utilities) to develop integrated EP exercises -Ensuring that the development of procedures and implementation of processes adhere to established EP requirements -Managing the development, maintenance, and control of the Emergency Preparedness Documentation Program and Database
